The Spring (2)
The sound of dripping water
signals the start of spring
with blades of grass appearing
and other green things
The youth, with their hearts all a flutter
after the long winter of dull somber days
come out from their cabins
with everything to say
as they anticipate new beginnings
That was my second attempt. I don't really like this one either. Oh well. A while ago, I mentioned that I was trying to read A Clockwork Orange and you might have noticed that I didn't update my books read list. That's because I didn't/couldn't finish it. I guess some people appreciated the "new" language invented for the book. I, on the other hand, just wished that it was written in english. Peace out.
